Completed in 2007, this 4,600 square foot two-story house with a 900 square foot guesthouse/garage is located on the edge of the Katama Farm.

 

In order to take full advantage of the expansive view of the farm, the project was designed as an upside-down house with the living spaces on the second floor. Bedrooms are located on the first floor one half story below grade, and a cathedral Master Bedroom suite occupies the third floor.
